Tree of Life Design Workshop
The tree of life motif stands central in design, its limbs branching widely through different times and cultures: from Norse, through Buddhist and Mayan mythology, to the Bible. The tree is the great connector, symbolising regeneration, life force and the kinship amongst all beings. Each person will draft their own flowing, seamlessly repeating, tree of life motif. We will use old-fashioned compositional techniques: pencil, paper, carbon copy paper and tape. We will tile out our repeating pattern which can be used to print wrapping paper or other products as desired.
