A new, curated market experience is coming to High Point this Fall. A striking, state-of-the-art space set in a historically restored 155,000 sq ft 20th century mill, surrounded by gardens and outdoor spaces will welcome the best of the design and home market.
We will be inviting a curated group of 60 designers and brands with a shared ethos to join our community in a 45,000 sq.ft. exhibitor space. Additionally, Schwung will be occupying the majority of the first floor, joined by the new Dedon US Headquarters, both of which will be open year round. Sign up to the mailing list for more details.

HISTORY
Past meets present in this 155,000 sq. ft. authentic 20th century industrial mill that sits on 6 acres of land. The original red brick building was built in 1901 for The High Point Buggy Co, and later became the home of the Slane Hosiery Mill. Evidence of its rich history imbues a sense of tradition and soul throughout.
